FastSigns' 13oz vinyl banner is the standard for larger scale outdoor promotion. We offer full color banners with single-sided digital printing in custom sizing to fit your needs.
We use 13oz exterior grade scrim banner material with 1000x1000 denier count. That’s alot of printing speak for high quality vinyl that is the perfect mix of durability & affordability for typical outdoor or indoor use. 13oz refers to the thickness of the vinyl, and denier count indicating how tight the polyester mesh (scrim) is within the vinyl. That polyester mesh is the key to giving the banner it’s strength to resist wear & tear and the elements.

About Standard Vinyl Banner (13oz)

Installation
Your vinyl banner will arrive already hemmed, and with grommets installed (if chosen). These grommets are the safest way to attach your banner to prevent unnecessary stress on the vinyl. You can attach the banner using the grommets to a wall, fence, posts, or other structure in a variety of ways:
-Screws with washers
-Zip-ties
-Bungee cords
-Posts -
Care
Banners should always be stored rolled up, with the lettering and graphics to the outside. A banner should never be folded, as doing so may cause vinyl graphics
to pull away from the banner.
If your banner becomes dirty, it can be cleaned with a soap and watermixture. Do not use any cleaning product that contains ammonia. -
Longevity
Our vinyl banners are weather resistant, but cannot withstand high winds (check out our mesh banners for those applications). With constant outdoor use, vinyl banners typically last 6-12 months - but can last years depending on application, weather conditions, and treatment of the banner.
